Dr. Le Van Anh – Education Advisor
Le Van Anh has close to 35 years of experience in education research. She is currently a Senior Researcher at the Vietnam Institute for Education Sciences (VNIES), where she leads research projects in primary and secondary education and where she previously held the role of Deputy Director-General. Ms. Anh has also worked as a Researcher and the Deputy Head of the Department for Scientific Management at the National Institute for Educational Strategy and Curriculum Development, and as Researcher and the Head of the General Education Unit at the National Institute for Educational Development (NIED). Her work has involved various consultancy roles with the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and the National Institute for Education Strategy and Curriculum Development.
She holds a PhD in Psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia (1995) and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the Hanoi Teacher Training University, Vietnam (1978).
